It's rare to come across an individual that gets the work done and motivates a team full heartedly. Nidahl and I worked together for a few years, he was able to structure a team and motivate them to reach new goals. It was truly inspirational to watch Nidahl and his team grow together within the company.

Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a great coach and mentor. I had the pleasure of working with Nidahl for 18 months at Impact Radius as a member of his Customer Success team and in that period I learned lessons on leadership and personal accountability that will carry me throughout my career. I was always in awe of his ability to juggle multiple projects in an attempt to improve the professionalism and productivity level of our team. Anything he did was for the improvement of others. No matter how tense things may gotten been in the group, Nidahl never hesitated to face things head on in an attempt to find a solution. Nidahl earns my highest recommendation.
