  Trinity School for Children is a leading childhood education center in Tampa Bay, and its surrounding area. Our program concentrates on teaching the “whole child” intellectually, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially. Learn more about our school through our website: www.trinitysfc.org Key functions: • Greet guests, accept payments, registrations, etc. at the finance window, and manages all Account Receivables, including monthly invoicing. • Assists Director of Admissions with collecting deposits and creating/updating annual, tuition Agreements. • Create and assign purchase orders as requested. • Point person for all field study coordination. • Processes bank deposits & monthly A/P reconciliations. • Support staff in assigned project and event based work. • Provide back-up coverage for reception desk (greet and assist visitors, answer phones, direct calls, etc.) • Create and maintain relationships with various vendors. • Place and distribute orders as necessary. • Create, review and modify electronic documents. • Sort and properly distribute all US mail to staff; process finance mail. • Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned. • Occassionally run local errands. • Provides support and management of systems such as F.A.C.T.S., HubSpot, Sage Intacct and Brightwheel. • Provides support with fundraisers and campaigns.
