I worked for Hal for approximately 2 years. Although it was referred to as "working for him" it was really working with him. Hal is an extremely focused and brilliant leader. He commands loyalty without demanding it. It is just something you want to do as an individual working with him. He brings out the best in people and is completely dedicated to his customers and his people. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with Hal as an employee or a customer is extremely blessed. He is also a true friend and never lets you down. What a great guy. I am thankful I had the opportunity to work with him and build a tremendous friendship with him. They don't come much better.
