Hollie’s value is in her ability to apply her expertise to any given situation. When you’re scaling operations within a small business, it’s essential to surround yourself with team members who can adapt and surmount a variety of challenges. With her infectious energy and enthusiasm, we knew Hollie would be the perfect fit for delivering the complete customer experience for our newly acquired fun run series. In brief, this involved engaging and converting fans from social media, managing customer service enquiries and then delivering our portfolio of events. Hollie’s key role on event days was to manage the merchandise stall - this is where she demonstrated flair in how she could apply her marketing expertise to excel in her event management role / combine her event management and marketing expertise to excel in her given role - identifying high-traffic areas in which she then built the stall, design the merchandise pricing strategy with limited time offers - and made the opportunity / not afraid to use our PA system to jump on stage and broadcast limited time offers. I would certainly recommend Hollie to those looking for someone with proven success to get stuck in and help drive business forward.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Hollie! She's been quick to respond to changing or adverse circumstances that were completely beyond her control and awesome at communicating with our team and getting things done. Long may we carry on working with her!

Hollie has worked with us at Virgin Sport as a key member of the weekend event delivery team, at our Hackney Half and Oxford Half Marathon over the past few years. From the outset Hollie has always been incredibly organised, hard-working and reliable, and she has always proven her ability at taking on management roles at our live events, leading teams of up to 20 paid and volunteer staff on event days. I am confident she would be asset to any event and would fully recommend her experience and ability working across a wide range of event delivery roles.

Digital Marketing Services for Sports Events and Tech Industries ********* Achieving your brand objectives through the design and delivery of innovative activation strategies at local to international events. Together, we can create your own bespoke event (with optional additional marketing support), or create partnership opportunities with existing events to drive brand activation and reach. l have 10 years experience in all aspects of event management as well as directing and delivering both company and event sponsor marketing strategies; this has enabled me to perfect a unique talent for identifying valuable sponsorship opportunities at mass-participation events. ✓ Case Study: Race day anxiety management workshop. There is a lot of emphasis on how physical activity improves mental health, but in certain environments it can trigger anxiety. I launched a novel initiative aimed to address this previously overlooked issue, which created an activation opportunity for a life-coaching academy whilst improving participant experience. My portfolio of multi-award winning events boast a range of excellent sponsorship opportunities which enable partners (from a range of size and industries) to reach and engage with new and relevant audiences in a forward-thinking and memorable way. ✓ Case Study: "Been there, got the t-shirt" Despite our current environmental crisis, mass-produced finisher's t-shirts have become something of an expectation at running races. I however strive to pioneer more sustainable and novel sponsorship opportunities that drive social media interaction and add value to participant experience (eg sponsorship of VIP areas, yoga / activities, photos...).
