Basil is a gifted communicator and a fantastic collaborator especially in a diverse and multifunctional environment. I had the honour of managing Basil directly during his time in P&G and while I fully supported his decision to broaden his skill set, his departure was a very significant loss to my team and to P&G in general. Basil is a very intelligent and analytical young man with excellent interpersonal skills which he used very effectively in P&G's multi disciplinary environment. He is very confident and works effortlessly and seamlessly across technical and commercial teams. My one wish with Basil is that he gives me first refusal when he completes his MBA !
