Laura Fellows
Jenny’s drive and enthusiasm are positively infectious and she always managed to keep moral high among the team - I would jump at the chance to work alongside her again. Jenny is extremely well organised and always happy to help organise others when it was needed. Everything Jenny does she does thoroughly and effectively and always manages to offer practical working solutions to problems as they arise, if not before. Jenny is very bright/intelligent and can get her head around an often complicated situation extremely quickly and asks any relevant questions to ensure she carries out all work to a very high standard. If I had to describe Jenny in three words, they would be: proactive, organised and enthusiastic. She was a delight to work with.

Jen worked as a group secretary and proved to be absolutely first class in the role. She has a lot of energy and drive, is extremely organised in terms of planning out her own workload and managing multiple, sometimes complex and demanding tasks. She has an adroit ability to plan ahead and anticipate problems which she then dealt with, rather than just reacting to issues as they arrived (which she is also adept at). As an example, I worked closely with her to plan a high-level international visit and her meticulous planning and attention to detail ensured that the visit went smoothly and very successfully. She is also a pleasure to work with and I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending her to anyone looking for an excellent planner/organiser or personal assistant.
