Ik heb Sergey ruim 15 maanden in mijn team gehad, waarbij Sergey zich onderscheiden heeft in zijn werk ethos. De job die hij heeft bekleed was zeer dynamisch, waardoor hij snel heeft moeten schakelen tussen verschillende problemen. Hij heeft zijn hoofd hierin goed boven water kunnen houden. Sergey heeft daarnaast zijn steentje bijgedragen in de Carve out waarin Joulz zich bevond, zo ook de communicatie lijnen getroffen tussen Finance/ IT en de business. De persoon zelf paste goed in het team en hij schroomde ook niet om een ander te helpen. Helaas was de afstand te groot om langer van zijn diensten gebruik te maken, ik hoop dat je snel een andere Job vindt in de buurt want ik denk dat een bedrijf blij mag zijn met jou als werknemer.

Sergey en ik hebben afgelopen 15 maanden intensief samengewerkt, waarbij we als gezamenlijk doel hadden om de financiële functie op een hoger niveau te krijgen. Ik meer vanuit groepsperspectief en Sergey op het gebied van een grote BU, Joulz Meetbedrijf. Ik kijk terug op een mooie samenwerking, het eerste wat in me opkomt is ‘hart voor de zaak’. Grote inzet, waarbij niets teveel was. Sergey heeft het meetbedrijf financieel naar een hoger plan weten te tillen, waarbij het afgelopen jaar oa de volgende onderwerpen voorbij zijn gekomen: - implementatie nieuw ERP systeem, inclusief migratie; - professionalisering budgetproces (incl 5 jaren plan); - opzetten en verbeteren power BI rapportages; - optimaliseren processen.
