Dakota was a rockstar QA person on the Paladins Team - he hit the ground running and was immediately finding issues left and right, with a tenacity and passion for identifying exactly what the problems were. He is excellent at not only finding issues, but finding the root cause, so that the programming team could rapidly and effectively solve the issues. Dakota has a keen, inquisitive mind that made him one of the most effective QA people I have ever worked with. He would be a huge asset to any team.
