Lelia’s responsive, approachable and supportive manner makes her one of the finest HR managers. She has an instinctive ability to clearly identify the needs and requirements for each position. Never had I needed to go back to Lelia to get added information saving everyone time particularly seeing as filling most positions was time sensitive. The feedback on each candidate given by Lelia whether it is their weaknesses or strengths in their talent or experience was at all times helpful and constructive. Her honesty and insight is such a valuable characteristic.

Lelia is a diligent student who brings insight and energy into the classroom. She has been a great addition to our group projects and is a pleasure to work with. I look forward to our continued relationship througout our respective careers.
