Jay is an expert in the real estate business. He is outstanding to work with. His knowledge of the area and the market helped guide me through the whole process. Now, anyone who has ever bought a home knows how stressful that event can be. Sometimes a purchase can be adversarial with the other party (seller) involved. This was the case for my wife and I.
