Merlin Neurotech is an undergraduate team formed out of Queens University that develops in-house software solutions for working with consumer grade electroencephalogram (EEG) devices as well as creates unique Brain-Computer-Interfaces. My role includes holding and facilitating meetings for the software team, organizing projects, assigning roles, and making sure that the team has a working deliverable by the end of the year. The iCons are a service that the Engineering Society offers at Queens University. The purpose of the iCons is to keep lab areas open after hours to give students assess to positive and safe working spaces after 5:30 PM in both the Integrated Learning Center and Stirling Hall. as the head manager of the service i: - Hire and train all staff - Manage staff, budgeting, payroll, marketing, and daily tasks to ensure that the service is best serving the student body.
