Sean DeNora
Susan and I had the pleasure of working together at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010. She is both an excellent leader and active team member and has very good communication skills. She and I worked on several projects together including a news alerting transformation initiative and several industry marketing plans. She provided a positive and essential contribution to both of these and the outcome would not have been as successful without her input. I reported directly to Susan and she showed herself to be a good listener and a good mentor. As a member of a cross-Canada and a cross-global team, it was important for me to have someone who was adept at quickly following-up on my many professional queries. Susan did this very well and was a good listening-post. Susan is a true professional and brings to the table creative ideas, enthusiasm, and a desire to see her team succeed. I would definitely recommend Susan for any role which requires deep experience and knowledge in developing information and research services.

Susan has been a guest lecturer on two separate occasions, in the 'Creative Research & Accountability' course that I lead. Her presentation style & content are well-received by the second-year students taking University of Guelph's 'Bachelor of Applied Arts' Degree Program at Humber's Lake Shore campus. Susan is well-prepared, cogent in her remarks and has adapted her overview of 'Key-Influencer' research disciplines admirably, to the learning style of aspiring advertising 'creatives'. I would recommend Susan to any learning institution.
