Responsible for the day to day operations of Hayward Business Park, an 800,000 square foot light industrial business park in Hayward, CA and The Dublin Place Shopping Center, Dublin, CA, a 350,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Target and Montgomery Wards. Following Transpacific’s disposition of the Hayward Business Park to AMB Property Corporation, I was promoted to Property Manager of Lake Merritt Plaza.
