I worked closely with Jeff in Ørsted’s B2B Management Team responsible for business development, sales, operations, and service in UK, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. Jeff always contributed substantially to the overall B2B strategy and was a great support to the other country managers. I was then building Energy as a Service, a full-service I&C energy solutions business, from scratch. Jeff was a strong supporter, personally and via his team, and he involved himself in direct negotiation with strategic accounts. Thus, he and his sales organisation built the initial pipeline and secured first contracts for Energy as a Service. Jeff’s deep understanding of the UK B2B energy commodity and solutions markets combined with his ability to build high-performance sales organisations and leadership teams was definitely a game-changer in UK! Jeff excels in multiple disciplines, but first and foremost Jeff is a leader and a people manager. He has a keen eye for talent, building strong leadership teams and capable organisations. Jeff is data-driven and fact-based when developing and executing strategy. He has a very broad and deep understanding of UK B2B market, leveraging his market and competitor insights to sustain a competitive edge and creating winning bets in key customer engagements. Jeff is a very pleasant person to be around. He shoulders a lot and copes extremely well under pressure. He is very sociable with a good sense of humour, and if I had a change to work with Jeff again in the future, I would be delighted, and I can only give him my warmest recommendations!

I worked with Jeff from 2014-18. Jeff is the rare combination of a great senior leader focused on industry, organizational culture and talent management while in depth with industry regulation and general understanding. This made Jeff a fantastic person to have on the team. Add to that that Jeff is a fantastic person and I can highly recommend Jeff. I personally really hope to work with Jeff again in the future!

ChargeSync's vision of the future for energy is one where intelligent embedded batteries in our homes and business premises autonomously smooth demand, discharging during more expensive times, and charging during cheaper periods. In this way batteries will act (independent of solar panels) to reduce your electricity bill, make the energy you consume greener, and create a system that better matches power supply with demand. http://chargesync.com/ ChargeSync's vision of the future for energy is one where intelligent embedded batteries in our homes and business premises autonomously smooth demand, discharging during more expensive times, and charging during cheaper periods.
