I have had the privilege of working with Paul first at Medidata and later at Cisiv, altogether for 4 years. During this time I have witnessed his great leadership and technical expertise. Paul has a deep understanding of agile methodologies, project management and has exceptional stakeholder management skills. Over the past year and a half Paul has been my line manager and mentor. Over this time he's proved his ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of his team team. His leadership is inspiring and inclusive. He's clear & confident in communicating on all levels and ensures everyone is heard. Paul has successfully delivered large program with demanding timelines whilst managing external clients. He's exceptional at managing conflict, he manages and motivates teams to deliver on time whilst navigating complex problems. What sets him apart is his commitment to continuous improvement. He consistently looked for ways of improving performance and quality within business. As a line manager I cannot recommend Paul enough, he's knowledgable, motivating and empowers people to be the best version of themselves. Any organisation will be lucky to have him onboard.

I've had the good fortune to work with Paul in two companies. I attribute the successful delivery of the complex projects that we've worked on together down to Paul's PMO leadership skills, his tenacity, enthusiasm, inclusiveness and amazing ability to bring order to multiple chaotic threads spanning different teams with conflicting priorities. I can't recommend Paul highly enough, and I hope I have the good fortune to work with him again in the future.
