On more than one occasion we’ve hired Wouter to train our employees in ‘Soft Presentation Skills’. What I like about his way of working is that he creates a safe learning environment where it’s okay to make mistakes, laugh and then learn from them. It also helps a lot that Wouter looks at the individual strengths and growth potential of each participant. Therefore everyone goes home with their own custom made tips & tricks with the potential to grow to their own level and pushed just a little but out of their comfort zone. It makes the participants more confident about themselves when it comes to presenting their story or our vision to the rest of the world. Needless to say, Wouter is more than welcome to help us again in the future.
