It is rare to come across someone who is truly passionate about digital like Eric Smith is. Eric joined my team as a marketing coordinator but it was clear from the beginning that his skill set and contribution to any organization is far more than that. I had the pleasure of managing him as Director of Marketing for Reliable Heating & Air and the level of analysis he brings to every project is always top notch. Eric provides data driven recommendations with a thorough understanding of not only our company's digital potential, but our competitors and the industry landscape as a whole. He is always pushing forward for the best solution and if he doesn't know a particular software or new technique, he learns it. I gave him a very specific challenge when he started...to help us integrate structured data better on our website so we could display in SERPS with rich snippets and really stand out and increase our CTR. It may seem like a small thing but after many tries and fails on my own and with several SEO agencies...I was at a loss. I gave him the challenge and after many tries and fails, research, fine tuning...after about 2 weeks he sent me a screenshot of our website indexed with our reviews displayed. Eric Smith is an asset to any team that wants to make the most of their digital marketing and really move the needle. He is forward thinking, collaborative and highly productive. I would recommend him for any position and I hope that one day we get the opportunity to work together again.

In the fourth quarter of 2018 I first contacted Eric about developing a new web site for our gardens as ours was getting considerably out of date. After several communications we were able to determine a course of action and now it is complete and up and running! I encourage you to check it out at schnormeiergardens.org for a sample of his work. Eric is an excellent and prompt communicator. Without good communications you are nowhere. Further he is very capable technically and was able to achieve everything we wanted without giving me a ton of reasons why this or that can't be done. He didn't bother me with technical lingo which I wouldn't understand anyway. He is an excellent designer and is very artistic as well as you can see for yourself upon visiting our site. His image selection and artistic cropping really brings our site to life! If you are looking to bring up a new site or have your present one updated, you couldn't select a better person to execute it for you. One final point - his pricing is fair and very reasonable! It has been my best experience in decades of working with IT folks to bring up a new project!
