I had the pleasure of both working for Tom and working with Tom. Tom is the best manager I ever had. He provides just the right amount of coaching, supports your efforts, and provides the right amount of oversight when needed. He is also extremely adept at managing Oracle Consulting's DoD business. His experience, wisdom, and intelligence about clients and Oracle allows him to be successful. I recommend Tom without reservation and feel fortunate to have worked for him and with him for about 17 years.
