During our time as colleagues at Arizona State University's Science of Health Care Delivery Masters program, we shared much time together collaborating in classwork, group projects, and organize events and presentations for our SHCD classmates. Siavosh always showed strong leadership in the classroom and in our team projects. In and outside of the classroom, Siavosh always showed passion in his work, illustrated abilities for creative problem solving, maintained professionalism even if the conversation would take an uneasy turn, and show compassion to those struggling amongst our cohort. I have no doubt that Siavosh will be able to carry on not just his technical and field specific skills that he has and will obtain over the years, but also the essential skills that help bring people together to achieve goals for the better of any current or future teams within the organization he is working with.
