I also sit on the Leadership Team / Executive Board. Key Deliverables: Elemez – a cloud hosted analytics solution. Initially I oversaw the turnaround of the products “rep” with respect to (timely) new feature delivery and alignment with the needs of a major customer. I then managed the evolution of Elemez from a monolithic BI application to an “API toolkit” that allows customers to build their own custom analytic solutions and/or integrate Elemez data into their own IoT, CRM and other platforms. Elemez now receives and processes analytic information from over 500,000 mobile devices. Mprodigy – a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. I built up the team size considerably to ensure quicker delivery of critical new features to a demanding customer. I worked with the customer to develop a more agile delivery approach, improving the relationship and ensuring expectations were clear for all parties. The solution was delivered on time, and it now directly manages an estate of over 70,000 mobile devices. Technologies and Methodologies: B2M’s technical department works in an extremely Agile way, using Scrum as a baseline but never being afraid to try new approaches. The main technologies used are AWS, Dynamo DB, SQL (plus SQL Analysis Server / cube), JavaScript (.node .angular), .NET (C#) and a host of mobile OS including Android (4,5 and 6) Windows 10 (x86 plus IoT/Mobile) and WinCE. Customers: Direct customers include: Zebra Technologies - Motorola, Panasonic, Kingfisher, The Barcode Warehouse, TRG, British Telecom. Plus end customers including B&Q, Hermes, Royal Mail, RAC, Mercedes and many others. Show less
