This included a detailed and successful change management strategy to overcome resistance from staff members with a heavy investment in the status quo. The Project Management Methodology was one of the seven key strategic initiatives for the year and was reported on at all board meetings, leadership meetings and quarterly reports to staff. Implemented a Project Management Office to oversee the entire program of work and ensure alignment between business strategy and projects. Developed and presented a training course to successfully embed the project management methodology into the company's processes. Received outstanding feedback from the organisation’s CEO and board on the project.
