As a Creative Production at Net Mediatama Televisi, I had a responsibility to maintain the excellent quality of the program's content that I was assigned. Generally, the job description is divided into three work step which is pre-production, production, and post-production. In pre-production, we prepare everything that has anything to do with content and the shooting process like a script, rundown, breakdown property, and wardrobe. In production, we give a brief of the content that has been prepared to everyone involved in the shooting process, including the host, guest, cameraperson, floor director, program director, lighting engineer, and sound engineer. When the shooting is on, we have to ensure everything goes according to plan. Lastly, in post-production, we need to report the performance of every episode and analyze it so it can be used as a consideration to create content for the following episodes. Show less
