A DIY Craft Junkie and Cookie Artist, Creating Awesomenessity was started through the encouragement of friends and family who witnessed how awesome our wedding was and then learned that I'd made the majority of the elements all by myself! In 2012, I decided to share my skills and ideas with others to help them save money on planning and executing their parties and celebrations. Cookie decorating began in 2013, allowing me to lend another element of creativity to the party world. In addition to the orders for individuals, I regularly work as a contributor with other party planners across the country and as a monthly contributor for the Operation Shower dessert tables. I became a social media collaborator and assisting instructor for my local Home Depot's DIH program in August 2015, bringing women together every month to complete DIY projects, encouraging them to learn how to use and increase their comfort with power tools.
