Mike is one of those rare managers who also naturally serves as an inspiring mentor for the whole staff. With a broad background in enterprise IT Systems and Networking with over twenty years’ worth of experience, he knows what he is doing. Mike has very strong interpersonal and management skills which can be very hard to find in today's world. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate a team to care about its project and be invested in the project’s success. He is the go-to person for mediating between senior management and the Dept. as well as general problem solving. Michael never comes of as a no it all yet when expertise is needed in anything IT related he can hold a conversation with the best of them. He is a very trustworthy, and committed person that would be a hugely valuable asset for any company. My time working with him has been nothing more than outstanding.
