When I was IT Manager in Esoft Jacob was responsible for the european IT support team and he was a key contributor in ensuring a very high availability of the production critical IT systems in the company. The business units Jacob supported was all key elements of the value chain in Esoft and included field systems used by traveling photographers, Customer Service Desk, backoffice systems as well as telecom systems. Jacob had constantly high focus on our ITIL process and ensured prompt and professional incident handling as well as a proper follow up with the associated problem management.
