At PressReader, I was given the opportunity to work and coordinate timelines between multiple departments. I tested apps to ensure they were released on-time for iOS, Windows 8 and Android. This included dealing with client complaints at the technical level in regards to both the PressReader app as well as "white-label" apps. I also ventured into the marketing department where I created and posted monthly posts for the PressReader blog and worked with the design team to produce advertisements to promote PressReader’s HotSpot in hotels, cruise lines and libraries around the world.
