Reissuing amended rulings or responding to the members advising how the ruling is either Final and Binding also apply the rules within the response to explain the decision made and at times providing additional comments/feedback from the volunteer arbitrator. Coordinating with the volunteer arbitrators in reviewing errors either clerical (in office) or jurisdictional (at hearing) and resolution. • Customer Service Representative Team Lead - Answering calls from incoming members on how to interpret the Rule and Regulations of the organization to apply to the arbitration process. Instructing the members on how to navigate the online system with filing, responding and the rescheduling process. Utilizing my extensive knowledge of the arbitration process to provide support information to the volunteer arbitrators at hearings. • Mail Room Clerk - LEAD Overseeing incoming and out mail for the data center.
