Carlie is a fantastic lead. And during my time as a junior artist working under her management I learned a lot. She is extremely organized and an amazing, well rounded artist. As a lead, she always made sure the shots were perfect and consistent throughout. She has an astounding eye for detail and nothing could get past her. She knew how to keep the team motivated and assisted us with our problems, helping us search for the answer ourselves. Therefore, making us better and more independent artists. She was great at giving feedback, which made retakes easier to approach. The transition to work from home was very smooth with Tangent. Carlie made it even better as she managed to create different and fun things for us to do as a team, still respecting social distance. Overall I feel extremely lucky to have been able to work with her. And I'm pretty sure, whoever gets to work with her, will feel the same.
