As e-commerce trainees our project team worked on Maersk Line and Seago Line side for understanding customers through surveys and their comments although increase their satisfactions with an accompany of company. First of all, we had trainings about company structure and e-commerce system. Meanwhile, made our market research to understand e- commerce current situation in the Turkish business market, find out drivers and barriers with a contribution of companies. We focused on nonusers on both side Maersk Line and Seago Line side. Maersk Line was already using u-commerce system which is our pilot company, we implemented experimental design to customers for measure their adaptation and implementation process. Seago Line company was new beginner to that system this condition ensures us to have a great environment for measure adaptation and implementation process of employees and customers. According to our data collection in a 6 months’ period, we analyzed perceived strategic values of customers and employees with t-test analysis for having significantly true realistic results and evaluated all comments of customers. In conclusion, we were determined perspective for Adaptation, Implementation, and Improvement on Turkish business and as a senior students try to give point of view to the firms or companies whose going to use e-commerce system. I made an internship a total of 20 days in SDV/HOROZ Transportation and Trading Ins. I worked sea imports and exports departments in the internship period. In addition, I attended air cargo operation, African transportation operation and marketing/sales operation within the working period. The purpose of this internship is that applies and practice theoretical knowledge as taught in school. For example, my department is logistics management and this department includes many operations and documentations. I made sea import / export documentations and operations during internship. I targeted that apply what I learned at school and take notes new things for my university education and my work life. My internship generally includes sea exports / imports operations and documentations. To explain, I directed an export operation process. This process includes booking, the allocation of empty container, pre-transport organization, installation note, bill of lading instructions, preparation of bill of lading process, pre-advice, invoices etc. I have made this operation steps by myself for many companies, I did the organization of transport many times in three weeks.
