• Designed and delivered an eight-week workplace learning experience for twenty-five mid-level managers on strategic planning that included data exercises, structured group discussions, and task force management through virtual facilitation. • Conducted a quantitative analysis of the effect of a state policy on underserved students' access to college, which led to a $3.3 million grant award from a regional foundation. • Initiated and advised a student focus group study to explore the divergence between high self-reported satisfaction and low student success among Black students with an outside, culturally sensitive facilitator and a similarly sensitive faculty and staff interpretation team. • Oversaw a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative study of the impacts of COVID on students, employees, course success, and learning, which compiled over 5,000 student survey responses and 1100 employee responses and produced a comprehensive environmental scan. • Collected and reported nationally benchmarked institutional surveys, including but not limited to the CCSSE, Ruffalo Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Survey, and The Chronicle for Higher Education’s Best Colleges to Work For. • Ensured accuracy and timeliness of external reporting as IPEDS Keyholder and NCCCS Data Coordinator. • Modified and ran SAS® code to complete ad-hoc data requests and studies for administrators, instructional services, student services, and cross-functional teams. • Served as the IE Evaluator for an on-site committee review that reviewed four high school dual enrollment sites as a part of the approval for accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACSCOC), 2020.

• Steered the design and implementation of an initiative that increased retention (as measured by the state progression metric) from below the state average in Fall 2015 to the excellence level in Fall 2019. • Implemented an automated audit of certificate completion that nearly doubled completions from 2015-16 to 2018-19 and raised the state completion metric from below the state average to the excellence level. • Collaborated, as one of eleven North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) institutions, in a national student success reform effort through a federal First in the World (FITW) grant that conducted a randomized control study demonstrating the effectiveness of success coaching in the community colleges, particularly among Black males. • Facilitated all aspects and reported outcomes of the five-year strategic planning cycle as a member of the President's Council. • Oversaw student focus groups conducted by an outside evaluation team that tied qualitative data to the college's mission and strategic goals. • Increased the course evaluation response rate over three years through survey revision and improvements to the reporting of the results. • Optimized educational program review processes to utilize more data and one-to-one coaching with academic program coordinators. • Guided campus-wide teams, including student representatives, in a systematic review of CCSSE data and supported team presentations to college leadership teams. • Served as NCCCS Data Coordinator and IPEDS Keyholder. • Served as Liaison to Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). • Managed campus-wide self-study that resulted in a successful decennial SACSCOC reaffirmation in 2016. • Prepared substantive change prospectuses for seven new programs, six new locations, and a "no recommendations" on-site visit in 2013.
