Anne is a passionate advocate for data-informed decision making and for equitable student outcomes. She uses research-based communication methods to facilitate difficult conversations and prepares thoughtful data visualizations that clearly communicate key takeaways. Anne is a professional colleague; we have successfully collaborated on various conference presentations. She is detail-oriented, dedicated, and a life-long learner.

One of the many things I have enjoyed about being back in NC is the opportunity to work with some of my past colleagues again. Anne is one of those whom I was happy to support in joining the A-B Tech team. Anne is very diligent and detail-oriented in the work that she does for the college and I am amazed to watch her communicate complicated data in ways that show her creative and innovative side. We are working together to lead the strategic planning initiative for the college and she has created a framework that is inclusive, collaborative, and flexible allowing for a range of ideas, voices, and feedback. She is a professional in every way and has been a wonderful addition to the leadership team at A-B Tech.
