    • Label & Product Manager
      • Mar 2019 - Mar 2022

Jonathan Azu established a distribution partnership with InGrooves (UMG) that we strategically used for artists that were in between labels or looking to take an indie approach on their releases. Our first 2 releases (Luke James • to feel love/d & Cory Henry • Something to Say) both received grammy nominations in album categories. As an indie label, that's an incredible accomplishment. My main function was product, vendor, contractor and team management for the label. Also, to make sure our distribution partners were excited, knew everything that was happening in their world, and are equipped to inspire the DSP curators to program and support the music from a play-listing and marketing perspective.
