Identify timing of key diagenetic and deformation events, build reservoir quality models and predict reservoir quality (Touchstone and T>Map software by Lander/Bonnell, proficient with conducting fluid inclusion micro-thermometry analysis).• Interpret horizons and faults in 3D seismic, apply structural concepts to evaluate and refine a 3D framework. Recognize and characterize potential traps as part of a structural framework. (Petrel and T7)• Clastic reservoir petrographic analysis of outcrop and subsurface core&cutting samples. Integrated petrographic analysis with other geological data such as well logs, burial history, and rock mechanical properties. • Improve prediction and diagnosis of fracture attributes/patterns in the subsurface and infer their mechanisms of formation and alteration. Guiding engineering operations in unconventional reservoirs.• Strong geology background with data analytics and quantitative skills. Hands-on experience with stochastic subsurface modelling workflow.   • Trained a total of eighteen Geologists and Geophysicists over two weeks of field data collection workshop. Training is dedicated to fracture attributes measurement, pattern collecting, and fracture network data analysis. • Gained a better understanding of the size and the spatial distribution of the natural fractures in Vaca Muerta Fm., Neuquén, Argentina. Result used for building DFN models and determine well intervals.
