Melissa runs a large, big remote team like a pro. It's been wonderful to collaborate with her. Her communication has always been on-point and clear. I've always valued her process orientation especially when leading large, transformational projects. She's always impressed me on how she's able to lead conversations with multiple stakeholders and get her point across with precision, always keeping the end business goal in mind. As a stakeholder and an observer, she's given me many new reasons to do my own job better and with more impact. She's an asset to any organization.

Shortly after Melissa started at Crain, she presented an ambitious plan to upgrade the advertising systems and SOPs. That plan seemed improbable, if not impossible, given the structure and history of the company. However, through careful planning and leadership, I saw her succeed with that plan.
