  4Excelsior is a contract manufacturer facility of food and dietary supplements. They are a NSF-GMP certified, Organic certified and FDA registered organization. - Assisted in the planning and development of a master schedule to establish sequence, quantity and lead time of each operation to meet finish goods quantity and shipping dates according to sales forecasts and orders demand. - Created Bill of Materials (BOM) based on Formula IDs (Blending, Encapsulation, Tableting, Bottling and Packaging) specifications. - Generated Manufacturing Orders (MO) per Purchase Order (PO), BOM, Product name, finish goods quantity with overage and manufacturing date. Defined unique new Work Order (WO) and Lot code for each new MO. - Maintained, controlled and tracked inventory. Made sure there were enough materials on hand for coming projects. Committed and allocated needed available materials properly; contacted the Purchasing department for missing items. - Generated Batch Production Records (BPR) per WO, Formula IDs, number of batches and customer master shipment special requirement. Had it signed and approved by Quality Assurance (QA), Project Manager and Customer Service departments before handling it to production. -Worked closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure that production schedules are being met and resolve issues that may hinder schedule adherence. Reported current status, relevant information and updates of production line in daily meetings with cross functional teams. - Reconciled inventory and managed shipping when projects were done. - Analyzed Production Log report for optimization purposes. If finish goods yield quantity was below 98%, assisted QA in developing Root Cause Analysis, as well as Corrective and Preventive Actions for it.
