Its rare that you come across standout talent like Ryan. He is a unique blend of great attitude and technical aptitude. He seized every opportunity we offered and transformed each into a great product enhancement. I was particularly impressed by Ryan's pro-activeness in rolling up his sleeves and resolving the long standing automation reporting issues we have here. He did researched+learnt+build the ELK server from scratch and created amazing dashboards that awed every manager. You can give Ryan an idea or just a problem and he would pull it off to a finished product within no time. I managed him directly and thoroughly enjoyed my time spent working with him. He will be rockstar in any team he is in!!

Ryan is a very detail-oriented professional. This was consistent not only when he was my grader for a class but also as I worked with him. Based off how much thoughtfulness and effort he puts into grading intermediate level programming assignments, I can only imagine the amazing work he can do if placed on a large scale project.
