Lynn managed to deliver on time and quality a project to develop a "Serious Game" on the Customer Affairs directorate Sales activities. Her main tasks included framing the project, collecting the expertise of several actors, managing the entire project development and communication as well as delivering and animating the game. This required a rapid understanding of our jobs, the objective of the initiative and the ability to manage an ambitious and complex project with several (senior managers) stakeholders.
