It was a pleasure managing Victor. Mr. Mesquita is an outstanding individual with a strong business acumen. I could rely on him to manage projects independently with a high level of integrity. Victor's strong understanding of finance and top level professionalism make him a great asset to any organization. Therefore, I would highly recommend Victor hire him again if an opportunity arises.

Victor Mesquita participated on a Graduate Level Project through Robert Morris University's ICenter, the University's Integrated Learning Lab that pairs groups of students with organizations to work as consultants on a project. The ICenter Graduate team partnered with a local company, Associated Solutions, which enlisted the help of the ICenter Graduate team to evaluate Associated’s new brand promise and develop a comprehensive strategy that outlines employee engagement in the new brand. Victor and his seven teammates produced and presented a Rebranding report for the company that was professional, well researched, innovative and well received by the company. The dedication and effort Victor and the ICenter Graduate Team showed during this 10 week project is exemplary and is a model of how ICenter Projects should be conducted.
