Mark Ryan, CLSS BB

Gloria Enoch successfully completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt workshop in which I facilitated. She has gained an understanding of the role and impact LSS has in today’s workplace. Gloria worked on a project to eliminate waste and shorten lead times in the hospitality industry. In doing so; she has demonstrated skills in writing Standardized Operating Procedures (SOP), Created Value-Stream Mapping and performed root cause analysis as it applied to throughput. In addition; she also demonstrated knowledge and application of deliverables commonly found when working through a DMAIC process, such as; Project Charters, Stakeholder Analysis, SIPOC, COPQ, Voice of the Customer Matrix etc. Gloria also represented outcomes using descriptive statistics and also presented a clear summary of her project in A3 format.

I have had the fortune of working with Gloria in the past. We both worked in tandem serving others during their time of transition. Gloria has demonstrated great work in understanding the skills of her clients and matching them with organizations looking for great talent. She has also completed a Green Belt workshop that I facilitated. Gloria was able to demonstrate her knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to complete her Green Belt.
