Data used was enterprise level software product usage and licenses. Worked with the client to consolidate over 300 variables into aggregated datasets and find additional predictive variables to further enhance the accuracy of prediction. Final model projected benefits >$10 Million for every 1000 customers targeted. The model is currently being used to guide world wide sales efforts. Created state-space models (dynamic linear modeling) in R to predict Cloud Infrastructure Demand using customer level resource usage data. Helped the client improve and migrate the legacy model running on on-premise servers and publishing results in static reports. The model is now completely based on Microsoft Azure and automated using Azure Data Factory, Azure ML and PowerView. This hugely improved the accessibility of the forecast and communications between the forecasting team and the planning team - these teams are responsible for guiding infrastructure investments of >$3 Bn every year. ARIMA and ARIMAX Time-series analysis to forecast Revenue & Subscriptions for the platform using R. For USA’s Fastest Growing Fashion Retailer - Designed business intelligence tools for In-season, Pre-season and End of Season Merchandizing analysis and assessment processes. For Europe’s Second Largest Steel Producer - Created Excel based analytical tool using VBA for supply chain optimization and simulation for supporting weekly S&OP meetings.
