I had the pleasure of working with Molly during her tenure at the University of Cincinnati as the Administrative Assistant to the Dept of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, OH during 2006-2008. She is an extremely likable people's person with great interpersonal skills. Her multitasking abilities were amply demonstrated as she handled the different facets of the administrative functions of the department with effortless ease which included day to day functions as well as financial and event planning. She is an absolute team player and I have personally worked with her as a team member in developing federal grant submission action plans to various federal and national funding agencies in the US. She has very strong work ethics and creates a sense of passion and motivation among st her team players. Her work performance was deservedly recognized as she was promoted to the post of Financial Administrator with the University of Cincinnati. I am certain that she would be an asset to any organization and wish her the very best in her continued success in life. With Warmest Regards Sumon Banerjee
