Elly was a fantastic mentor and Educational Director. She was excited about her work and eager to teach students in a new and creative way. It was a privilege to work with her at Congregation Beth Israel.

I've had the opportunity to work with Elly in both a professional capacity and from the context of a parent and I feel very fortunate to know her! Elly is an extremely capable Jewish educator and school leader, and she has an unique ability to zero in on an individual child's needs. Elly is not afraid to try new techniques with the students and is very flexible in working with the staff, clergy, and parents. Her ability to tailor programs to all levels - from high achievers to children with special needs - has been exactly what our school has needed. She's also a great partner with the different functions and clubs in the temple and across the community for the benefit of the kids. Elly has been a fantastic addition to the Congregation Beth Israel program and we are lucky to have her!
