Bio
Doreen Nichols, SPHR
I consider myself very fortunate to know Zach McNamara on a personal and professional level. I have followed his progress from Worcester Academy, where he made a mark for himself academically and in leadership positions to graduating from George Washington University landing the opportunity to once again show his leadership skills in a campaigning role. When I think of words that best describe Zach, grace under fire, balanced passion, outstanding communicator, mature beyond his years, intellect, resourceful, committed, connects easily with people at all levels, respected by his peers and employer come to mind. However, what I admire about Zach is his ability to quickly put a plan in place. After graduating from George Washington he knew that he would be competing for rewarding opportunities with fellow students and seasoned professionals in the job market. Instead of resting on his laurels of a good education, he defined his first job. He took his love of communications, marketing and politics and carved out a job that gave him the opportunity to work with two well respected thought leaders in Washington, D.C. and continued to enhance his professional skills. Clearly, that takes courage and confidence. I continue to be impressed with Zach and anyone meeting him will too.
