  In these years we tried 2 ventures in the area of employability. We ran short vocational skilling programs for students who had completed schooling or were undergoing graduation. These vocational skilling programs were for entry level roles in BFSI and Retail. Students undertook the programs along with their mainstream programs at their college itself. Oyster Learning's core differentiation was that it delivered content that was industry validated. This venture did not see scale… In these years we tried 2 ventures in the area of employability. This venture did not see scale inspite of trying to provide it to a variety of student segments. And hence we shut it down.After that we built a curated network of validated Industry Professionals who could be invited to campus for various skilling and corporate engagements. Oyster Learning managed the end to end process including content development for delivery and presence of the Industry Professional on the planned day.We ran it for 2 years, but it did not achieve enough commercial viability.
