I have worked with Rob for roughly 5 years. Initially, Rob and I held the same position, and while I had nearly 10 years more experience than he did, I was able to learn a great deal just by observing Rob's work habits, both internally with co-workers, and externally with clients. Rob is a rare talent. He has extraordinary natural abilities, but also a phenominal work ethic. The combination creates the ideal employee, and the quintessential role model for others. Rob is loved and respected by everyone who meets him, and everyone who works for him. It would be futile to attempt to find a person who would say a negative word about Rob. If I was starting a company today, the first person that I would go after would be Rob Fredericks - with nobody else being close.
