I have worked with Tanya for about 6 years as a business partner for the Application Development and Data Center Operations teams she leads that support my business segment. During her tenure she has strengthened the skill set on her team to support technical design and infrastructure and to build out a strategic roadmap. Tanya also supported an Enterprise initiative by leading recruiting, hiring and training of an off-shore subsidiary team to support application development and system integration testing. Tanya has been a great peer to work with on project prioritization and resource allocation, day to day issue resolution, and most recently on a major data center migration and application uplift.
