Provides emergency management support to HQ PACAF Office of the Surgeon General. Advocates for medical and public health equities in support of the USAF Emergency Management Program. Provides expertise and guidance in conducting CBRN and public health emergency response training events and exercises in joint and multi-national environments. Manages and contributes to exercise development, execution, and improvement planning in support of USAF, Joint and multi-national response to public health emergencies. Plans and coordinates staff site assistance visits and develops events ranging from tabletop to field training exercises at installations in Korea, Japan, Guam, and Joint Bases in Alaska and Hawaii. Managed a $960K USAF International Health program that developed country plans and long-range strategies on 36 nations for the PACAF Surgeon General. Expertly achieved national security goals through monitoring 190 Global Health Engagement (GHE) events that advanced Security Cooperation objectives for the United States Indo-Pacific Command. Planned and executed $200K humanitarian assistance/disaster response USAF PACIFIC ANGEL missions for 7 countries (i.e., Fiji, Timor-Leste, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea, and Mongolia). Built partner capacity with regional allies by delivering care to 20K patients in underserved remote communities and facilitating 11 subject matter expert exchanges with international civilian and military medical partners. Coordinated USAF medical support for US Navy’s $2M PACIFIC PARTNERSHIP humanitarian assistance missions. Engaged and collaborated with Joint, bi-lateral, multi-lateral international partners, non-government and international organizations to help achieve foreign policy objectives and coordinate humanitarian or civic assistance. Assisted in the development of Force Health Protection medical requirements for PACAF GHE missions. Utilized OHASIS program management system to manage PACAF GHE events. Briefed and provided reports on GHE activities to PACAF Surgeon General. Recognized as an Outstanding Performer by the U.S. Ambassador to Timor-Leste in 2018 and HQ PACAF Office of the Surgeon General 2019 Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter.
