I met Julieane Frost shortly after I became the Executive Director for the Auburn VNA. Julieane was chosen as the point person for our newsletter and annual report due to her writing skills and good understanding of charitable services. We worked together for approximately three years, and I found her writing to be warm and accurate. Julieane was highly skilled at bringing out the heart in home health care as we shared our story of caring with those we serve. She took the time to understand our agency and become part of our team to increase understanding and awareness of staff and services. Over time, thanks to feedback from Julieane, the newsletter became very useful for outreach as well as fundraising. The regular publication of an annual report recognizing accomplishments throughout the year as well as community support and individual donors helped us strengthen our connection in our community. Julieane is a very positive person and a pleasure to work with and I recommend her highly.

Used my passion for building audiences to develop and shape overall Museum public relations and marketing strategies, while supporting senior leadership with strategic communication planning. Managed a busy marketing, communications and design team, overseeing strategic, integrated marketing and communications programs designed to support the Museum's attendance and earned and raised revenue goals. Developed and implemented creative advertising strategies across all media; created and managed the organization's annual marketing budget. Provided strategic guidance, writing and execution on the Museum’s digital communications channels: website, e-newsletters, blog, and social media. Served as communications officer for the Museum, including primary spokesperson and media contact, overseeing all press outreach strategies, press release writing, pitching, media interviews and photo shoots. Developed and executed internal communications strategies and plans. As editor-in-chief of Access Magazine, led a cross-museum team to develop an editorial calendar, wrote original content, edited articles, and oversaw magazine design. Show less
