Laura was my go-to product manager, as she entirely understands what it takes to form a conception and bring it to fruition through an organization. Laura tackled difficult projects and stories that, by their nature, often competed with revenue directives (e.g. customer support, fraud, security, etc.); but Laura always compiled the facts and data to present a case that aligned with the overall business objectives of the company and gained the necessary buy-in to have resources allocated. Laura is also a superstar at liasing all the different stakeholders over the entire lifecycle of a product's development and release (e.g. designers, engineers, marketing, customer support, analytics, user feedback, etc.). Laura was the first person recognize customer support as one of our "customers", dove in and made an amazing impact on their productivity, and the operational efficiency of the company as a whole. Lastly, Laura is an absolute pleasure to work with - a cultural superstar! Everyone loves working with Laura.
