Battle Axes opened September 2022 with the goal of creating something totally different in entertainment for Ellis County. Axe throwing is a fun sport in which every person can easily get the hang of and feel that exhilaration of hearing that “thunk” of a stuck axe! Battle Axes is not just an axe throwing venue, but the perfect venture for groups, team building, birthday parties, graduation parties, bachelor(ette) parties, or just date nights! Whatever your reason for trying out axe throwing (not that you need one), come visit us in Midlothian to see what it’s all about! When creating Battle Axes, we wanted to make sure everyone has a fun, safe time. We have games, TVs streaming entertainment and music, and lots of space to hang out with your friends. We will also have leagues and host tournaments for all kinds of competitive fun! So, if you're looking to unleash your inner Viking or lumberjack, or you want to try out a popular new sport, axe throwing is a fun, easy to learn — kinda like throwing darts, but with axes — sport. And most of all, it's safe! Show less
