  Roles: Web Implementation Manager -Work with clients to start and finish their custom e-commerce website -Train clients on how to work the website's front end and back end portals -Assist the client with any pre-live or post-live issues -Communicate client expectations to the website developers to achieve their desired end goal -Work alongside other departments during the project cycle Web Support -Assist with any issues that any of our e-commerce clients run into -Maintain open communication between all parties while the issues are being fixed -On call during weekend and off hours to assist with high priority issues -Make changes to website files or the database an necessary to fix any issues -Maintain the ticket queue and escalate tickets when necessary -Work with and train my team on existing web issues Web Developer -Create new features for our future website releases -Work with the website developers to further improve our website templates -Create and optimize existing database objects and queries -Help improve the data sync between the websites and our POS systems -Create custom SQL procedures and reports to streamline our websites and web support -Created our very first Web Portal website backend to give our clients more power over their website and data
